Lebua she love her younger brother.

After school everyday first things she do is run to Benjamin and she "Hi"

She tell her day at school to Benjamin.

She tell and learn Benjamin to do things.

She copies from Benjamin what she felt fun.

She speak baby language with Benjamin.

I not understands the language but

I understand the way the laugh, smile, and moment.

She tell me.

Easy Healthy Recipe.

Today menu is Egg.

Happy Thanksgiving's Day!

Recipes : Tako-Korokke (for Kids)

Ingredients

1/2 cup dehydrated potato flakes
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup diced octopus(tako)
salt and pepper
1/2 cup waitrose plain white flour
2 eggs, light beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 liter soy bean oil
1/2 cup Japaneses Takoyaki sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shaved bonito
1/4 nori seaweed

Method

To make mashed potato, rehydrate the potato flakes as direction behind the package
Heat 1 tbs oil in frying pan, saute chopped cabbage until dry.
Mix the cabbage and diced octopus with mashed potato. Scoop the mixture with ice cream scooper and put in flour bowl then transfer to beaten egg and toss with breadcrumbs until well-coated.
deep fry the korroke in 170"C hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Drizzle takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle bonito and nori before serving.

Salmon Stir-Fired Rice-My Recipe

Don't you like? my daughter like salmon and also like fired rice, so I cook salmon fired rice for her.
my menu is simple easy follow this;

Ingredients (makes 1 serving)

1/2 cup Rice stream/or Brown Rice stream
5 tablespoon Grilled Salmon
2 tablespoon corn
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon chopped scallions
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions

Heat cooking oil in a wok.
Add Salmon and stir fry until cooked thoroughly.
Add rice stream, soy sauce, and corn, continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish.

Here easy simple menu and good for your kids brain.

Today I was surprise about how my son developing so fast.
Ben, 2 months and 2 days,
after shower I on YouTube video. I search for word song for baby I found a nice video there(http://www.thegigglebellies.com) after 5 minute Ben, he sing the song and moving seem like dancing.
He look very happy. Usually Ben not cry he search a nice baby.
He have a big eyes so when he happy his eyes look like the start.
How happy I am .

My first Halloween costume

Le'Bau with her Halloween costume.
It wasn't easy for me to find Halloween costume.
This year Le'Bua(my daughter) she would like to attend Halloween costume competition, me and my husband was surprise when she told us she want to join.
My daughter have personality is quiet and shy.
So I do my best to make it happen.
She would like to be "Kiki Delivery" little cute witch.
I start to search black cloth, I can't get it, time come closed I much do something,
I went to market and found second hand cloth for teen it is the best I can get. It is big and pink.
I start to cut it to be her size and saw it to fit her body. The cloth is black and pink,
So what I can do with pink spot is paint it with read.
You can see how it turn out from the photos. :-)
She not win but she won my heart.
Next year we will be in USA she will have real Halloween.
