Here another healthy recipe, Thai Food. simple food , ingredients and direction as below;
200g lettuce
50 g scallion
Heat water (soup) in to pot over medium heat add pork (500g) into soup.
Stir to see if pork almost done. add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add lettuce into soup cook until pork done.
Remove from heat put scallion and serve.
