here I have easy recipes maybe you will interest to cook;
tomato ( add as you want I love to eat tomato so I add a lot)
green onion (ton hom)
kaffir lime leaves ( bai ma-gruud) 3-4
lemon grass (ta krai) 1
salt 1 teaspoon
Boil water , add galangal, lemon grass salt.
add chicken 5 min then add tomato.
let it boil add green onion ,kaffir lime leave, look photo.
let it cook then add milk. (you can add coconut milk but our family need healthy food so I used milk)
continued cook about 2 min then remove from heat.
add lime then Tom Yum Kai ready for your dinner table.
I love to have brown rice and egg with tom Yum.
