We back home, after a week in Hospital.
(I was) A single mom's blog about her pregnancy, a missing father, and the universal topics of motherhood such as baby names, child toys, educational videos and cartoons, etc.
Finally we back home, I'm happy he feeling better and his foot look not to bad after injured and got infection because (first)hospital not care well, we decided to change hospital and we must Thanks to Doctor that very good and professional so my husband getting better until can turn back home. We total stay in hospital for week, here I have some pictures of his foot after it getting better. and some pictures a week before we got accident,

Another easy recipes is vegetable fried with pork, it is local food , you can go to local market and will see many vegetable there, just choose some then but some pork and look direction as follow, step by step.

Recipes;
- vegetable (carrot, onion, etc)
- vegetable oil 1tablespoon
- pork
- pork seasoning 1 tablespoon
Direction;
- heat wok add vegetable oil
- add pork , stir until almost done
- add pork seasoning
- add vegetable cook until pork well done
- remove from heat into serve plate.

Today while we have dinner, Lebua speak to us. "Daddy is Doctor. Mommy is Doctor."
So I said to her--> Mommy is Manager, Daddy is Manager, Lebua is Doctor!
(I don't want she be Doctor but just speak with her for fun)
What's Lebua answer, guess what!
I'm an Elephant!
She said" when I grow up I want to be an Elephant"
she made us smile. I just said to her you will change your mind when you grow up.

Abnormal cell Pap Smear
(I was) A single mom's blog about her pregnancy, a missing father, and the universal topics of motherhood such as baby names, child toys, educational videos and cartoons, etc.
Two weeks ago, I had health check included pap smear and HPV check and last week doctor call me during I work in office and tell me good news I didn't have HPV but bad news I have abnormal cell , after talk by phone with Doctor ,I decided to have half day off and go to met doctor with my husband. Doctor explain about that "abnormal cell" and we decided to do treatment on that day , tomorrow will be one week after treatment I have appointment with doctor , Hope all is OK. (I had tumor (removed) and risk to be cancer (my parents died because cancer) so that why I Pap smear and have health check every 6 months)
"What does an abnormal Pap smear mean?
A Pap smear allows your doctor to look at the cells from your cervix (the lower part of your womb) and see if there are any problems. An abnormal Pap smear means that the cells of your cervix have shown some slightly abnormal changes. Some abnormal cells are more likely than others to be cancerous. If your Pap smear is abnormal, ask your doctor which of the following changes you have."

โรคมะเร็งปากมดลูกเป็นมะเร็งที่เกิดที่ปากมดลูก เป็นมะเร็งที่พบบ่อย บทความนี้เกี่ยวกับโรค ปัจจัยเสี่ยง
การป้องกัน การวินิจฉัยรวมทั้งการรักษา
ร่างกายประกอบด้วยเซลล์เป็นจำนวนมาก ปกติเซลล์จะแบ่งตัวตามความต้องการของร่างกาย เช่น มีการผลิตเม็ดเลือดแดงเพิ่มเมื่อมีการเสียเลือด มีการผลิตเม็ดเลือดข้าวเพิ่มเมื่อมีการติดเชื้อ เป็นต้น แต่มีเซลล์ที่แบ่งตัวโดยที่ร่างกายไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ทำให้เกิดเป็นเนื้องอก ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น Benign และ Malignant
โครงสร้างระบบอวัยวะสืบพันธ์ของคุณสุภาพสตรีประกอบไปด้วยรังไข่ [ovary] ซึ่งต่อกับมดลูกโดยท่อรังไข่ [fallopian tube] มดลูก[uterus]อยู่ระหว่างทวารหนัก [rectum] และกระเพาะปัสสาวะ [bladder] มดลูกติดต่อกับช่องคลอด [vagina] โดยมีปากมดลูก [cervix] เป็นทางติต่อระหว่างมดลูกและช่องคลอด
มะเร็งในระยะเริ่มแรก
เซลล์ที่ประกอบเป็นปากมดลูกจะประกอบไปด้วยเซลล์ squamous cells and glandular มะเร็งปากมดลูกส่วนใหญ่จะเกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเซลล์ทั้งสองชนิด การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเซล์จะค่อยเปลี่ยนจนเกิดเป็นลักษณะที่เรียกว่า Precancerous ซึ่งมีด้วยกัน คือ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL), and dysplasia.
การเปลี่ยนแปลงจาก Precancerous เป็นมะเร็งใช้เวลาเป็นปี การรักษาตั้งแต่ยังไม่เป็นมะเร็งจะป้องกันมิให้เกิดมะเร็ง
ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของมะเร็งปากมดลูก
การตรวจมะเร็งแรกเริ่ม
เป้าหมายของการค้นหามะเร็งเริ่มแรกคือการค้นหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเซลล์ ก่อนที่จะเกิดอาการของโรค การวินิจฉัยมะเร็งปากมดลูกแรกเริ่มโดยมากมาจากการตรวจปากมดลูกประจำปี ในการตรวจภายในแพทย์ จะตรวจ มดลูก ช่องคลอด ท่อรังไข่ รังไข่ หลังจากนั้นแพทย์จะใช้อุปกรณืถ่างช่องคลอดเพื่อทำ pap smear ช่วงที่เหมาะสมในการตรวจภายในคือ10-20 วันหลังประจำเดือนวันแรก และก่อนการตรวจ 2 วันไม่ควรสวนล้าง ยาฆ่า sperm หรือยาสอด ปัจจุบันการรายผลจะใช้ Low หรื High grade SIL มากกว่า class1-5 แต่อย่างไรก็ตามควรให้แพทย์อธิบายผลให้ฟังอย่างละเอียด ผู้หญิงวัยเจริญพันธ์ตั้งแต่อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปควรตรวจภายในประจำปี
อาการของมะเร็งปากมดลูก
มะเร็งปากมดลูกในระยะเริ่มแรกจะไม่มีอาการอะไร แต่เมื่อเป็นมะเร็งแล้วจะมีอาการเลือดออกหลังจากการตรวจภายใน หรือหลังร่วมเพศ หรือมีตกขาว
ปัจจัยเสี่ยงหมายถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดใดที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วทำให้มีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งเพิ่มขึ้น มะเร็งแต่ละชนิดจะมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่างกัน ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของการเกิดมะเร็งปากมดลุกได้แก่
จากการทำ Pap smear test ทำให้ทราบว่ามีเซลล์ผิดปกติที่ปากมดลูกแพทย์จะทำการตรวจ Colposcopy โดยการส่องกล้องแล้วเอา iodine ป้ายบริเวณปากมดลูก เซลล์ปกติจะเป็นสีน้ำตาล ส่วนเซลล์ผิดปกติจะเป็นสีขาวหลังจากนั้นแพทย์จะเอาชิ้นเนื้อปากมดลูกไปตรวจซึ่งมีวิธีตรวจต่างๆตามแต่แพทย์จะเห็นสมควร

- Benign tumor คือเนื้องอกที่ไม่ใช่มะเร็งสามารถตัดออกและไม่กลับเป็นใหม่ และที่สำคัญไม่สามารถแพร่กระจายไปยังอวัยวะอื่น เช่น polyps,cyst,wart
- Malignant tumor เซลล์จะแบ่งตัวทำลายเนื้อเยื่อและอวัยวะใกล้เคียง ที่สำคัญสามารถแพร่กระจายไปยังอวัยวะอื่นที่อยู่ไกลโดยไปตามกระแสเลือด และน้ำเหลืองเรียกว่า Metastasis

- High-grade SILหมายถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเซลล์เยื่อบุมดลูกที่เปลี่ยนไปจากเดิมชัดเจน ถ้าเซลล์อยู่เฉพาะปาดมดลูกเรียก moderate or severe dysplasia
การเปลี่ยนแปลงจาก Precancerous เป็นมะเร็งใช้เวลาเป็นปี การรักษาตั้งแต่ยังไม่เป็นมะเร็งจะป้องกันมิให้เกิดมะเร็ง
ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของมะเร็งปากมดลูกการตรวจมะเร็งแรกเริ่ม

- มีเลือดออกผิดปกติ เช่นเลือดออกหลังจากมีเพศสัมพันธุ์ มีเลือดออกหลังจากหมดประจำเดือนแล้ว เลือดออกเป็นระยะระยะ ประจำเดือนมานานผิดปกติ เลือดออกหลังจากตรวจภายใน
- มีอาการตกขาวซึ่งอาจจะมีเลือดปน
- มีอาการเจ็บขณะร่วมเพศ
ปัจจัยเสี่ยงหมายถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดใดที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วทำให้มีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งเพิ่มขึ้น มะเร็งแต่ละชนิดจะมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่างกัน ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของการเกิดมะเร็งปากมดลุกได้แก่
- การติดเชื้อ HPV หรือการเป็นหูดที่อวัยวะเพศ เป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่สำคัญที่สุดของการเกิดมะเร็งปากมดลูก
- การสูบบุหรี่ ของการเกิดมะเร็งปากมดลูกเพิ่มขึนสองเท่า
- การรับประทานยาคุมกำเนิด
- ระบบภูมิคุ้มกันของคุณสุภาพสตรี ผู้ที่มีภูมิคุ้มกันไม่ดีจะทำให้เกิดโอกาสติดเชื้อ HPV ได้ง่ายจึงมีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งปากมดลุกเพิ่มขึ้น
- การติดเชื้อ Chlamydia พบว่าผู้ที่ติดเชื้อ Chlamydia ซึ่งเป็นโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธุ์จะมีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกสูงขึ้น
- อาหาร ผู้หญิงที่รับประทานผักและผลไม้น้อยจะมีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งสูงกว่าคนที่รับประทานผักและผลไม้
- ผู้ที่รับประทานยาคุมกำเนิดมาเป็นระยะเวลานานจะมีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูก
- การมีบุตรหลายคนเชื่อว่าจะทำให้เกิดมะเร็งปากมดลูกเพิ่มขึ้น เชื่อว่าเกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางฮอรฺโมนทำให้ติดเชื้อ HPV ง่าย และขาดการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ
- ผู้ที่มีเศรษฐานะต่ำเนื่องจากเข้าถึงบริการไม่ทั่วถึง
- ผู้ที่ได้ยา Diethylstilbestrol (DES) เพื่อป้องกันแท้ง
จากการทำ Pap smear test ทำให้ทราบว่ามีเซลล์ผิดปกติที่ปากมดลูกแพทย์จะทำการตรวจ Colposcopy โดยการส่องกล้องแล้วเอา iodine ป้ายบริเวณปากมดลูก เซลล์ปกติจะเป็นสีน้ำตาล ส่วนเซลล์ผิดปกติจะเป็นสีขาวหลังจากนั้นแพทย์จะเอาชิ้นเนื้อปากมดลูกไปตรวจซึ่งมีวิธีตรวจต่างๆตามแต่แพทย์จะเห็นสมควร
