อายุครรภ์คืออะไร

เมื่อประจำเดือนขาด คนท้องมักจะถามว่า "ท้องกี่เดือน" " เมื่อไรจะคลอด" ความจริงก็คือถามอายุครรภ์นั้นเอง อายุครรภ์คืออายุของเด็กที่ยังไม่คลอดนับตั้งแต่วันแรกของรอบเดือนสุดท้ายจนคลอดโดยปกติใช้เวลา 40 สัปดาห์ก็คือวันคลอดนั้นเอง



ประโยชน์ของอายุครรภ์

บางท่านแบ่งอายุครรภ์ออกเป็น 3 ไตรมาศ ไตรมาศละ 3 เดือนเพื่อประโยชน์ในการวางแผนตรวจเลือด และติดตามการเจริญเติบโตของเด็กรวมทั้งการเฝ้าติดตามโรคแทรกซ้อนที่จะเกิดในแต่ละช่วงของการตั้งครรภ์

การคำนวณอายุครรภ์ Pregnancy Date Calculator

เราสามารถทราบอายุครรภ์ได้ 3 วิธี คือ

1. หากประจำเดือนมาสม่ำเสมอให้นับวันแรกของประจำเดือนครั้งสุดท้ายเป็นวันเริ่มต้นของการตั้งครรภ์ วันคลอดให้นับไป 40 สัปดาห์
2. การตรวจภายในวัดขนาดของมดลูกสามารถบอกอายุครรภ์ได้แต่ไม่แม่นยำ
3. การตรวจ ultrasound สามารถตรวจอายุครรภ์ได้ตั้งแต่อายุ 5-6 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไป แต่จะบอกได้ดีที่อายุครรภ์ 8-18 สัปดาห์หลังจากนั้นจะบอกไก้ไม่แม่นยำ
